1. Agreement and Acceptance

By availing the makeup services provided by Kai Watson Artistry, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kai Watson Artistry.

2. Services Offered

Kai Watson Artistry provides professional makeup services for various occasions, including but not limited to weddings, photo shoots, events, and individual makeup sessions. The specific details of the services will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and Kai Watson Artistry.

3. Booking and Payments

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the scheduled makeup service. Payments can be made through the agreed-upon methods, and the client will be provided with an invoice for their records.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If the client needs to cancel or reschedule the makeup service, they must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for special occasion events and 2 weeks notice of bridal events. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Kai Watson Artistry reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies, sensitivities, or any pre-existing skin conditions. Kai Watson Artistry will not be held liable for any adverse reactions if accurate information is not disclosed.

6. Punctuality

Both parties agree to be punctual for scheduled appointments. Delays caused by the client may result in a shortened makeup session, and Kai Watson Artistry will not be responsible for any resulting inconvenience.

7. Use of Products and Tools

Kai Watson Artistry uses professional-grade makeup products and tools. Clients with specific product preferences or concerns should communicate them in advance. Any damage to makeup products or tools caused by the client will be subject to additional charges.

8. Photography and Marketing

Kai Watson Artistry reserves the right to capture photographs of the makeup work for promotional and marketing purposes. Clients who do not wish their images to be used in this manner must express their preferences in writing before the makeup session.

9. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure client satisfaction, Kai Watson Artistry will not be held liable for any unforeseen events, allergies, or dissatisfaction with the final makeup look.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.

By engaging the services of Kai Watson Artistry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
